I. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Searching, proposing, and implementing investment projects according to Group’s Strategy, including M&A, Divestment, IPO, Finance & Asset Restructuring; Capital Raising Transactions, and Portfolio Management.
• Gathering information, analyzing and evaluating accessing investment opportunities, business development, cooperation, projects, and industries.
• Building financial models, and performing price evaluations for the Group and its member companies, and projects.
• Monitoring, supervising, and evaluating Group’s investment portfolio efficiency.
• Building data system, reporting analysis, and market updates; preparing investment reports for BOD.
• Working closely with other internal teams, investors, and business partners at to implement the above-mentioned assignments and investor relation activities.

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics… or related; having a certificate of CFA (from Level 2) is preferred;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in either Financial Modeling, Management Accounting, Financial Controlling, Auditing, Investment Appraisal, Investment Banking/Private Equity Industry, or Capital Raising Transaction.
• Strong analytical, data process, and solid knowledge of both domestic and international financial markets.
• English proficiency in all four skills; capable of presenting, and discussing in English for expertise work.
• Ability to work in a team, work independently and withstand high work pressure.
